V-Form Filter

The Washable V-Form Filter in Galvanised Frame comes in both 45mm and 95mm thick frames and come with a washable grade blue media and wire mesh stapled on both sides of the media. with efficiency less than 20% these are suitable for many applications. These Filters are custom made to order due to the variety of different sizes available and depending on the order size will be a 2-3 day turn around.

Panel Filter

The Washable Panel Filter in Galvanised Frame comes in 20-25mm frames and has a wire mesh welded on one side and a steel “M” Shaped rod on the inverse side to hold the media in securly while allowing for easy removal of media pad when times comes to replace. These are also made to order due to the various sizes available and depending on the order size will be a 2-3 day turn around.

Flanders MS/MSG Moisture/Oil Mist Seperator

Flanders Precisionaire models MS and MSG Moisture Separators are designed for use in air handling systems requiring collection of water droplets or oil mist. Water droplets in outside air are usually fog. In supply air, water droplets may occur as carry over from cooling coils and evaporative media or moisture downstream of humidifiers. Oil mist in return air is most often found in production machine shops.

Flanders PrecisionCell M16

Flanders introduces the newest member of the PrecisionCell design family. This filter that has been tested and certified to be MERV 16 or higher for applications requiring higher efficiency than our standard ASHRAE filters and lower pressure drops than traditional DOP filters.

Flanders PrecisionCell

PrecisionCell extended media separator type rigid filters are designed for use in most commercial or industrial HVAC systems where medium to high efficiency filtration is required. PrecisionCell filters are available in average efficiency ranges of 60-65%, 80- 85% and 90-95% per ASHRAE Standard 52.1 test methods and offered as a MERV 11 to 14 according to ASHRAE Standard 52.2. These filters are suitable for variable air volume systems.

Operating face velocity ranges are from 0 to 625 FPM for 12” deep filters. Three styles are available: box, single and double-header.
PrecisionCell filters are UL 900 Class 1 listed.

Flanders PrecisionCell GT

The PrecisionCell GT features extra heavy-duty construction to meet the rigorous demands of gas turbine rotary machinery air filtration applications. They may also be utilized where extreme velocity or turbulence have rendered other products to be ineffective.

PrecisionCell GT filters are available in ASHRAE efficiencies of 60-65% and 90-95% in either single or double header versions.

Flanders PrecisionCell HT High Temperature Rigid Filter

PrecisionCell HT filters are designed for high temperature applications up to 900˚F. They feature the same rugged construction as the Gas Turbine PrecisionCell. The HT version is manufactured of specially selected components to meet high temperature requirements.

They are ideal for paint drying ovens or any application requiring high efficiency filtration at high temperatures. PrecisionCell HT filters are offered in two high temperature operating ranges; 750˚F and 900˚F and efficiency ranges of 65%, 85% and 95% per ASHRAE Standard 52.1. Offered as a MERV 11-14 according to ASHRAE 52.2.
