BudgetForm Non-Mesh Aluminium Pleated Filter

The BudgetForm non-mesh pleated panel filters are designed to operate in most installations.
 

Available in 50 mm and 100 mm nominal thickness, these filters are designed to meet the requirements of AS 1668 PART 2.

Available in standard and non-standard sizes the BudgetForm filter offers greater efficiencies and service life than pad and frame systems, or metal washable filters.

The overall design of this product makes BudgetForm filters the accepted choice in applications requiring high performance and extended service.
 

These filters are suitable for variable air volume systems. Operating face velocity ranges are from 0 to 1.78 m/sec for 50 mm and 100 mm filters. Each filter contains 22 pleats per 600 mm of filter.

Flanders Pre Pleat™ service pleats are designed for our Galvanised frame and pleat system as displayed above, the frame is a 50mm or 100mm thick frame with pleat elements expanded inside of them which make replacing filters a breeze.
