Our ceiling diffusion media is available in a range of standard sized rolls and custom sized pads. The media we import is unlike most others of its kind in Australia, where most are 560G grade, ours is 600G grade.

 

600G media has proven to be the highest quality diffusion media available today. As the quality of paint spray booths and painting techniques have progressed over the years, so has the quality of 600G media.

The 600G media has progressively denser fibres as they approach the downstream side. All fibres of this media are totally impregnated with tackifier, and it has polyester netting on the air leaving side to obtain optimum efficiency.

We have manufactured these medias using thermally bonded polyester fibre which has very low shedding properties while maintaining a high dust holding capacity at a super low pressure drop.

 

Types of filter media:
G2 Media
G2 is a general purpous media generally used for residential and office HVAC applications, which is why we concentrated on having this media performing with a low pressure drop to save the end user money on their energy bills by reducing their units power consumption.
G3 Media
G3 is specifically designed to be a washable filter media, generally used in filters that require a long lasting filter media wash after wash.
G4 Media
G4 is a medium grade quality media, designed for use in HVAC applications and is suitable for residential, commercial or industrial areas.
F5 Media
F5 is a superior quality media, designed for the removal of submicron particles and to provide long service life in filter configurations. It is suitable for a wide range of applications from computer rooms, laboritories as well as residential and commercial buildings or any other application requireing higher than average filter efficiency.
