The V-Form Filters in Galvanized Frame comes in both 45mm and 95mm thick frames and come in various grades of media such as F4 and F5. Wire mesh is stapled on both sides of the media to keep the media rigid throughout its life, with efficiency less than 20% all the way up to 50% these are suitable for many applications. These Filters are custom made to order due to the variety of different sizes available and depending on the order size will be a 2-3 day turn around.

V-Form Filters

The Frame and Mat filter is made using heavy duty galvanised steel and comes with synthetic media filter mats. These come in thicknesses ranging from 14mm to 25mm and has a wire mesh welded on one side and a steel “M” Shaped rod on the inverse side to hold the media in securely while allowing for easy removal of media pad when times comes to replace.

The Filter efficiencies available to use in this filter range from G2 all the way up to F5 and everything in between.
